• Review and approve the printed and posted minutes from the October 8, 2022 board of director meeting. 
• Treasurer's Report: Review the latest financial and membership activity from October 2022 to present.
• President's Report: Pending upgrades to the Lange Park Pavilion / Highlights from the Central Sands Nitrate - Neonicotinoids Study on April 6, 2023 / Highlights of the Marquette County Lakes Association meeting on June 8, 2023 /  Parade float & candy update / Discuss upcoming HPLA board of director positions (3) up for re-election / Discuss Pat Kilbey''s information for property owners living on Harris Pond / Update on the purple loosestrife project for 2023 / Discuss the vacancy of the the Harris Town Board representative on the HPLA board of directors / Discuss HPLA annual meeting & raffle drawing on July 8th (No Picnic / Time Change  / Guest Ticket Drawer)  
• Vice President's Report: Harris Town Board request for HPLA to assist with paying for public docks being put in & removed each year.
