Call to Order:

Review and approve the printed and posted minutes from the July 9, 2023, annual meeting.
Treasurer's Report: Review and approve the financial and membership activity from July 2023 to Present.
President's Report: Congratulations on our 17th year as an organization! / Recap 4th of July parade participation / Review annual raffle ticket sales - "Thank You's" to The Chateau, Schoolhouse Tavern, and Mikey's Sportsmen's Tavern for their assistance selling our 2024 raffle tickets / Recap Marquette County Lakes Meeting from June 13, 2024 / Discuss DNR fish study conducted on Harris Pond back on May 10, 2023 by Scott Bunde / Purple Loosestrife update for 2024 / HPLA membership initiative for 2025 / Nominations & Elections of expiring board member terms: President, Secretary, At-Large Board Member - Terms of 2024 to 2026 / Discuss the open position of Town of Harris Representative on our board of directors /

Next Annual Meeting / Raffle Drawing: Saturday, July 5, 2025 or Saturday, July 12, 2025? Tentatively at the Lange Park Pavilion, but in the event of inclement weather the meeting & raffle drawing will be moved to the Firehouse Community Room. Annual Meeting will begin promptly at 12:30 pm followed by the raffle drawing at 1:30 pm.
Determine next monthly board of director's meeting: August, September, October, or November?
