• Review and approve the printed and posted minutes from the June 8, 2024 meeting.  
• Treasurer's Report: Review and approve the financial and membership activity from July 2024 to Present. 
• President's Report: Assess & Evaluate the impact of our lake association in this community over the past 17 years / Projections for upcoming 18th year as an organization / Evaluate the outcome and impact of our recent HPLA membership drive (Only 3 new members) / Review and discuss upcoming financial fees the lake association will incur for 2025 / Discuss the upcoming vacancy (and filling) of Secretary - Treasurer for 2025.
