• Review and approve the printed and posted minutes from the October 14, 2023 board of directors meeting. 
• Treasurer's Report: Review the latest financial and membership activity from October 2023 to February 2024. 
• President's Report: No Quorum established at October 2023 meeting / Discuss HPLA board of director vacancy & solutions / Discuss HPLA membership renewals / HPLA picnic tables at the Lange Park Pavilion - Mounting donation signage / Discuss purple loosestrife project for 2024 / Discuss 4th of July (Thursday)participation (float & candy) / 2024 HPLA annual meeting updates for Saturday, July 6, 2024 /  
• Vice President's Report:

Lake Planning Steering Committee:

• Direction of Harris Pond Lake Association
• Assess the boat landing pad repairs made by the Marquette County Highway Department from last fall 

Fund Raising Committee:

• 2024 Raffle Tickets: Tickets will be distributed to the following establishments: The Chateau, Schoolhouse Tavern and Sportsmen's Tavern.
