Call to Order:

• Review and approve the printed and posted minutes from the October 14, 2023 & March 9, 2024 board of directors meetings. 
• Treasurer's Report: Review and approve the latest financial and membership activity from October 2023 thru March 2024. 
• President's Report: No Quorum's were established at either the October 2023 or March 9, 2024 meetings / Discuss HPLA board of director vacancies / HPLA membership renewals / HPLA picnic tables at the Lange Park Pavilion - Mounting donation signage / Discuss purple loosestrife information received from Andrew Senderhauf - New AIS Coordinator for Golden Sands LLC / Marquette County Lakes Meeting on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at the Westfield Public Library & Marquette County Lakes Spring Meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the Marquette County Service Center (Montello) / Update on 4th of July parade participation (Jay Ingram stated his boat & truck are good to go) / 2024 HPLA annual meeting updates for Saturday, July 6, 2024 /

• 2024 Raffle Tickets: Tickets have been distributed to the following establishments: The Chateau, Schoolhouse Tavern and Sportsmen's Tavern. Sales of our raffle tickets are brisk!
