Call to Order:

Review and approve the printed and posted minutes from the April 13, 2024 board of directors meeting.
Treasurer's Report: Review and approve the latest financial and membership activity from April to Present.
President's Report: Discuss HPLA board of director terms expiring & vacancies (President / Vice President / Secretary / At-Large Board Member) / HPLA membership renewals for 2024 & 2025 / HPLA picnic tables at the Lange Park Pavilion - Signage attached to tables on May 1st - Thank You to Bob Steffel for his assistance / Marquette County Lakes Spring Meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the Marquette County Service Center (Montello) / 4th of July parade update (candy & HPLA merchandise) / HPLA annual meeting & raffle drawing on Saturday, July 6, 2024 - Location will be determined by weather prior to actual meeting / HPLA meetings for the remainder of 2024? /

2024 Raffle Tickets Update: Ticket sales are outpacing last year's sales. Tickets were distributed to the following establishments: The Chateau, Schoolhouse Tavern and Sportsmen's Tavern and each of them have almost sold out of their allotted tickets.

Annual Meeting / Raffle Drawing: Saturday, July 6, 2024 - Tentatively at the Lange Park Pavilion, but in the event of inclement weather the meeting & raffle drawing will be moved to the Firehouse Community Room. Annual Meeting begins at 12:30 pm. / The raffle drawing will commence at 1:30 pm.
